Legal Representative and Chairman of the Board: Jacqueline Mutabonwa
Jacqueline has got a master’s degree in counselling, Diploma in Nursery school management and has completed her Bachelor Degree in Theology studies. She is the legal representative of Rainbow Development Initiative and among the founders of RDI. She has 38 years of experience in development practices. Jacqueline has acquired most extensive experience in may cooperatives operating in Rwanda based on the fact she is among board members of those cooperatives.

Partnership and Program Director: Clement MUKURALINDA
Clement Mukuralida has more than 15 years of experience in project management, grant proposal development, fundraising, accounting, audit and consultancies. He obtained a Diploma in Finance at Kigali Institute of Science and Management in 2003. Clement is also a Certified Financial Specialist by SCOPE INSIGHT provided by the World Bank. He also graduated at INES –RUHENGELI and was awarded a Master of Science in Taxation Management and completed his courses of Master of Science in Project Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in 2015.
He started his career with Union des Banques Populaires du Rwanda that became Banque Populaire du Rwanda before it is acquired by the BPR part of Atlas Mara, as inspector of all 198 popular banks, in 2003. From 2003 to 2007 he occupied the post of Regional Inspector of BPR coordinating South and Northern Province. From 2007 to 2009 he worked for RSSB, as Chief auditor of contributions and has been promoted to manage Musanze RSSB branch in 2008.
From 2009 to 2014, Clement worked for Cogebanque as the senior internal auditor, he was promoted from Senior Auditor Position to the position of Director of Risk and Compliance in charge of controlling all risk that might arise within the operations of the Bank. Clement worked as a Deputy Project manager of the project core team for the Delta bank Core banking migration project from 2011 to 2013 at COGEBANQUE.
From 2014 to 2016, Clement worked at BPR part of Atlas Mara as the Board/ EMT project manager coordinating all projects and programs mandated by the Board of Directors of BPR part of Atlas Mara. Clement worked as Board /EMT project manager of the project core team for the T24 Core banking migration project from 2015 to 2016 at Banque Populaire-Part of Atlas Mara.Clement Mukuralinda covered a large range number of companies in his portfolio, with an important proportion in the Public sector, Banking Sector, Not for profit Organizations, Construction, and.
Currently, he is a partnership and program Director at Rainbow Development Initiative in charge of developing RDI programs and linkage to sustainable partnership.
